Application of sorters
Seed sorting
Increased yield – increased profit. SmartSort optical sorting solutions fully extract the best from each cleaned batch of grain or seeds according to your requirements, ensuring the highest purity class in every respect, regardless of whether foreign objects, seeds of other plants, or simply damaged or diseased grains are removed.
Our devices are used not only for popular cereals, wheat, rye, barley, but also for many other seeds, beans and other legumes, as well as vegetables such as carrots or onions, and even grasses.

Minimizing losses
High-frequency pneumatic solenoid valves control a proprietary nozzle array, ensuring the fastest opening and closing of the air stream to remove contaminants, thereby reducing the amount of good material thrown away. Furthermore, waste is minimized by using dedicated nozzle sizes.
The possibility of separate configuration of individual lines means that for particularly contaminated assortments, two-stage sorting can be used, or the resort option can be used to further reduce the loss of good material.
Repeatable effects
The internal architecture of the sorter, refined over four generations of sorters, and its built-in fans supporting extraction, largely eliminate dust and dirt, which can negatively impact quality in some sorting processes. The well-thought-out frame design and compensating elements mean that SmartSort optical sorters largely eliminate the problem of uncontrolled material flight paths and ensure even more consistent material flow.

Energy efficiency
Optimized air consumption thanks to ultra-fast valve operation reduces energy consumption, and the device itself, thanks to lighting with energy-saving LEDs of its own production and proprietary, energy-saving integrated circuits, consumes minimal amounts of electricity.
Convenience of use
The EagleEye software that powers SmartSort optical sorters features an intuitive interface that allows for easy program modifications and real-time monitoring of the number of shots being processed. The device’s memory can store a virtually unlimited number of programs, and the ability to connect the devices to the internet allows you to monitor and modify the sorter’s operation from anywhere in the world.
