The availability of short-term service services minimizing possible downtimes is one of the necessary conditions for the optimal operation of every production line.

To ensure such a standard of services for our clients, we run a service center with a supply of consumables and spare parts within our demonstration facility, and our staff is trained by the manufacturers of the individual equipment brands we implement.

Commissioning

We provide comprehensive implementation of devices along with configuration and calibration, so that from the first day of operation the line works as expected and fully safely.

Operation

We train personnel and equip systems with modern automation solutions, enabling convenient and intuitive operation of the entire installation, including peripheral devices.

We guarantee a quick service response – both on-site and remotely. Thanks to the Internet connection, immediate diagnostics and optimal calibration of devices are possible.

Cooperation that develops

We cooperate both with suppliers of high-class devices that would allow us to even better implement sorting process optimization projects, and with design and integration companies interested in placing devices from our offer in their technological installation projects.

Cooperation model
Designing optimal installations results from our knowledge and experience, but in addition to this, building a strong own brand as well as the brand of our suppliers’ devices on the Polish market requires an efficiently operating, local service facility and reliable technical knowledge of sales employees. Therefore, at the beginning of cooperation with each supplier of specialized devices, we place great emphasis on service and operator training of one of our employees directly by the manufacturer’s engineers.

At the same time, our sales and design personnel, after basic product training, further expand their competencies regarding new devices based on a pilot project under the supervision of the manufacturer’s sales and technical department.

We offer integration and design companies cooperation on favorable commission terms for all devices from our offer sold as part of their projects. We provide all necessary technical information, and after installation, we ensure the identical, highest standard of service and training services.
